Founded by Sunnie, a licensed Cosmetologist, Loctician, Trichologist, Holistic Practitioner and Educator, The Loc Lab was designed as a sanctuary for those who desire more than “just a retwist.” We take pride in healthy foundations, intentional maintenance, and spiritually aligned crown healing. Here, every scalp is examined with care, every crown is honored, and every service is rooted in clarity, education, intention, love and excellence. Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with The Loc Lab,
you agree to the following terms:
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments arriving 15+ minutes late will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations or Reschedules should be made within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
*Appointments cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
*Same-day cancellations and no-show will be charged 100% of the service total.
If your card on file cannot be charged, you will have 48hrs to settle the balance before future appointments can be booked.
Please understand that this policy protects your stylists time, ensures fairness and helps respect the time reserved for all clients. Repeated violations may result in restrictions on future bookings.
